Identity Salon Day Spa is located on Main Street in the heart of Downtown Pullman. Specifically, we are located in the center retail space of the Bridgeway Centre Building between the Army/Marine recruiters and Taco Del Mar.

For example, driving up a steep and icy hill during winter. So please, plan ahead. Allow yourself extra travel time if you are a first time customer, or if weather conditions are less than optimal.

Parking

There is an incorrect assumption that parking downtown can be difficult to find. We are happy to report to you that this assumption is far from reality, provided you are not attempting to park directly in front of our store. Give yourself several extra minutes, plan ahead, and know where to park - and you'll make your visit that much more enjoyable!

Most downtown street parking, as well as the parking at nearby Neill Public Library, is two hour parking. This is convenient if you are tanning, getting a haircut or hair color, having a massage or facial and many other services. Feel free to download our current service menu and look at the price list in the back, which includes approximate service times to help you plan your trip downtown.

However, if you are enjoying multiple services or will be in the salon longer than three hours, you will need to use long term parking, which is also available downtown, and only a short walk from our facility. See our map, below, for details.

While there is parking available behind our building (Bridgeway Centre) it is for residents of the upstairs apartments only. If you park here, your car will be towed, so please don't!

The red star on the map indicates the approximate location of Identity Salon Day Spa. We have identified three city lots with long-term parking.

1. Grand Avenue & Davis Way

For those familiar with downtown, this is the large lot right next door to the building formerly known as the Cordova Movie Theatre. There is a significant amount of long-term parking here, but WATCH THE SIGNS! The parking closest to the street (Grand) is 2-Hour Parking. This is a mixed-use lot.

2. Paradise Lot 1

Do not park long-term behind Main Street businesses and Town Centre. Long term parking in this large lot is by permit only. Rather, when you turn onto Paradise, look right immediately after your turn. This is our least favorite lot just because the distance by foot is technically the farthest from Identity.

3. Paradise Lot 2

This is by far our favorite parking lot downtown. Drive down Paradise and follow the road after City Hall as it curves to the right. Look sharp for the entrance, it's right after the road curves! This is a large lot and there is ALWAYS parking available. Identity is a short walk through the Bank of America Parking lot and across Main Street.

Pullman Transit

Because of our proximity to the Davis Way Transfer Station, nearly every "Regular" Pullman Transit route will bring you to Identity Salon Day Spa. For closest drop off and pick up consider "A," "I," or "J" routes and use the Kamiaken stop next to Swilly's Restaurant. Walk to the corner of Kamiaken and Main, take a left, and you're there! You may have noticed some construction activity along the bank of the North Fork of the Palouse River. Pullman's Downtown Riverwalk project is underway, and it is great addition to our community that will help revitalize our downtown even more than the recent flurry of quality development!
