Front Desk Employment

As Identity Salon Day Spa is located in a "college town," many of our support staff are students. Additionally, because of the large number of applications we receive, we screen our candidates closely.

In order to apply for a front desk position with Identity Salon Day Spa, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must submit a completed job application form to us, applications are available online or you can pick one up at the front desk. If you like, you may submit your resume to us IN ADDITION to your completed job application form. We will not consider your application without a completed job application form.

Once you have applied, you will be placed into our jobs database. When a position becomes available, we will email all applicants. If you are still interested and your availability meets our scheduling needs, you will be offered an interview.

Qualifications for our HOST/HOSTESS positions include:

• Good work ethic
• Comfortable in a team setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Multitasking abilities under stress is an absolute requirement
• Ability to take direction and learn quickly
• Salon/Spa or Retail experience preferred but not required
