As you might imagine, recruiting quality employees from the Pullman/Moscow area can be a challenge. However, for our clients' satisfaction and the long-term success of our business, quality is a concept we are completely committed to.

Sometimes we get lucky and someone moves to Pullman from a larger suburban area. Sometimes, a team member or moves over from another local salon because they want a greater professional challenge or want to make better money. Often we recuit technicians from outside our geographical area. Regardless of how talented people find us, we would rather leave positions open than hire someone who is not a good match for our business.

In order to apply for a front desk position with Identity Salon Day Spa, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must submit a completed job application form to us, applications are available online or you can pick one up at the front desk. Qualifications for our LICENSED TECHNICIAN positions include:

• Washington State License Required (Massage therapist must also have appropriate insurance)
• Commitment to professionalism and continuing education
• Commitment to Quality, Professionalism and Growth of Natural Talent!
• Planned Long-Term Residency in the greater Pullman/Moscow area
• Some professional experience is required. (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
