Thank you in advance... Please be on time, check in 10 minutes prior to your service is required. We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors – and don’t want anyone to be injured while visiting Identity Salon Day Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests, and our staff does not provide child care services. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be quiet and well behaved, or you will be asked to leave. For the convenience of our other client please turn off or silence all cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices while visiting Identity Salon Day Spa. |

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Your complete satisfaction at Identity Salon Day Spa is our highest priority. We guarantee all retail skin and hair care products 100% - for a refund or exchange we require proof of purchase - your original register receipt. We guarantee all retail Youngblood makeup products 100% - for a refund or exchange we require proof of purchase - your original register receipt. However, if you are purchasing a non-liquid foundation, you MUST purchase an applicator brush to qualify for any refund. Your brush is refundable as well, but in order for you to apply the product correctly, you need the proper tools! For hair services, it is our policy to attempt to FIX any problem prior to issuing a refund. |

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment at Identity Salon Day Spa, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be treated as missed appointments. In order to reschedule a missed appointment you must have a valid credit card on file with our front desk. You will be charged full price for any subsequent missed appointments. Identity Salon Day Spa conducts business in a downtown retail environment. Please be at least 10 minutes early for your visit. If you are late, your appointment may be abbreviated or cancelled so as to not inconvenience other Identity Salon Day Spa patrons. You will be charged full price for services abbreviated if you are late. |

Tanning Appointments We strongly recommend that you book tanning appointments in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee your ability to tan when it is most convenient for you. If you book tans in advance, we require two hours cancellation notice, or you forfeit the tan in question. UV Tans may not be pre-booked without a pre-paid tanning package. Mystic tans may be booked without a pre-paid package, and are covered by our standard cancellation policy (above). |

Gift Cards Please treat gift cards as you would treat cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. No refunds for gift card purchases. We cannot ship gift cards via U.S. Mail. If you require shipping, gift cards are currently sent via Signature Required UPS Overnight Letter for a shipping and handling fee of $25.00. Gift cards do not represent the pre-purchase of any specific product or service. Rather, they are a general credit toward any product or service offered by Identity Salon Day Spa. In the event you are unable to book a particular service, feel free to reserve your gift card until such time that our availability meets with your schedule. Our gift cards do not expire. In the event that our availability of services (see below) does not meet your needs, feel free to use your gift card toward any other offered product or service. |

Availability of Services Please understand that all services are subject to availability. While we strive to bring you all services listed in our service menu at all times, due to circumstances beyond our control, not limited to available staff and/or required products, certain services may become temporarily unavailable. |

Check Acceptance Policy Identity Salon Day Spa accepts local checks only. Checks must be drawn on a local bank and printed with customer name, address and phone number. NSF Checks subject to $50 processing fee, non-payment subject to legal action. Cash, Debit or Credit Cards only accepted for Gift Cards and certain special events. |
